From noticing the condition of the bathroom, monitoring the current market activity, or managing sale with an attorney, no detail is overlooked. Safety is an important part of my screening process. When I encounter a potential buyer they are pre-screened before visiting the property. At open houses I check visiting guest’s ID’s as they enter the home. All of these steps are put into place to insure the safety of you, your home, and its contents.

I do not just market your home. I market with first class images and materials. I do not use blurry photographs, no pictures of dark rooms, nor would I present your home with second-rate materials. I do it right with quality.
